Welcome to Martin Custom Prints, LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

Martin Custom Prints, LLC provides custom printing and engraving services. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

Production Time: 1-3 Business Days
Shipping Time: 3-7 Business Days

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Orders & Custom Work

  • All products are custom-made to order
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, text, and details
  • Once an order is submitted, it may not be changed or canceled after production has begun

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs (including spelling, layout, or image quality).

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting designs, logos, or images, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the content
  • Your design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

Martin Custom Prints, LLC is not liable for unauthorized use of submitted materials.

We reserve the right to refuse any design that we believe violates laws or policies or our personal convictions.

4. Product Variations

Due to the nature of custom printing and engraving:

  • Colors may vary slightly from digital previews
  • Placement and sizing may vary slightly
  • Materials may have natural variations

These differences are normal and not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment is required at the time of order

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because all items are custom-made:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The order was incorrect due to our error

If there is an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem.

7. Order Submission Responsibility

By paying for and checking out of our website, you are approving a design and you accept full responsibility for:

  • Spelling
  • Layout
  • Design accuracy
  • Uploaded image quality

Once submitted, the order will proceed to production.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martin Custom Prints, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Delays beyond our control

10. Account & Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes
