Refund & Return Policy – Martin Custom Prints, LLC
Effective Date: 2026
At Martin Custom Prints, LLC, every item we create is custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, our refund policy is slightly different from standard retail stores.
1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Orders)
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
- Design choices or preferences
- Minor color or placement variations
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
We will replace the item at no cost.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
3. Order Issues & Claims
If there is a problem with your order:
- Email us at admin@martincustomprints.com
- Include your order number and photos
- We will review and respond promptly
We reserve the right to determine if a replacement is appropriate.
4. Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for Customizations:
- Spelling and grammar
- Uploaded images and artwork quality
We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs.
5. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost packages must be reported to the carrier first
- If needed, we will assist in filing a claim
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom apparel
- Personalized engraved items
- Clearance or sale items
